Lighten Your Load

Have you ever been on a hike with a heavy pack and the further you went the heavier it got. Our lives are like that. We carry around all kinds of weight from our lives. We care the bad things we've done, quilt, abuse, lies, etc. The Bible calls this sin a burden.

Matthew 11:29-30 (NIV)
29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
